Yolanda Ruiz Murphy, 59, passed away on September 30, 2012 in Tempe, AZ. Yolanda was born June 17, 1953 in Merced, CA, where she lived out her youth and moved to Arizona 23 years ago. She is preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and two sisters. Yolanda is survived by a daughter, a brother and two sisters. Yolanda was a long time employee of ASU as a graduate student administrator/advisor for the Engineering and Science Departments as well as the Cronkite School of Journalism.
