Your membership profile

If you are a member of ASURA there is a profile for you in the ASURA member database. This page describes the methods you can use to update that profile.

Membership profile contents

Your ASURA membership profile contains information you submitted when you enrolled or that was sent to ASURA from ASU Human Resources. It includes name, contact information, communications preferences, volunteer interests, and some information about your role at ASU including date of retirement. There are also privacy settings that allow you to choose whether you are listed in the Member Directory and if so, which information is displayed there.

Update by email, mail or phone

You can update your profile by sending an email detailing the changes.

You can send corrected information on a new Membership Enrollment form. If you choose this approach, please include a note explaining that this is an update of your profile information. The mailing address is on the form.

You may also call the ASURA office to provide new or changed information. Our office volunteers will update your profile for you.

Update online

If you are a member of ASURA you can update your own membership profile and settings online so long as we have an email address on file for you.

The update process does not work in the Firefox browser. Use Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

First, log in to your ASURA membership account and when logged in click on the button "Return to membership profile update".

Once logged in, you will see your profile on the right. Click on the black "Edit Profile" button, fill in or change any of the fields, then scroll to the bottom and click on the black "Save" button. Then scroll down again and click on the red "log out" link.

Notes:

The link for changing your password is all the way at the bottom, next to the "log out" link.
The link for changing what is listed in the member directory for you is labeled "Privacy".
The link called "invoices and payments" will display additional links, including one that will display donations you have made and that we have processed.
