I first retired in November 2020, after serving in various capacities at ASU for 32 years. I joined ASU in 1988 as an assistant director of undergraduate admissions after serving in similar positions in Wisconsin and Florida. From 1996-2005, I served as ASU’s director of undergraduate admissions where I oversaw a period of unprecedented growth in new freshmen and transfer students. From 2005-2007 I was the executive director of operations at the ASU Alumni Association with responsibility for alumni staff supervision and program and partnership development. From 2007-2020, I served as assistant dean for undergraduate admissions at the W. P. Carey School of Business where I created and managed a department dedicated to preparing and recruiting new business students. Following my retirement in 2020, I returned to the Alumni Association to serve as an interim director, consultant, and instructor from 2022-2024. I believe I am now finally retired for good.
