Terrill Dean "Terry" Becker, Sr., 62, of Mesa, Arizona passed away at his home on January 3, 2006. He was born in Kendallville, IN, to Paul R. and Lucille (Frick) Becker on October 17, 1943 and lived in Mesa for the past 25 years (formerly of Ligonier, IN). He served in the U.S. Army as a member of the U.S. Army band. His lifetime work as an engineer associated him with Honeywell, Boeing (McDonnell-Douglas), Westin Engineering and TRW Safely Systems and most recently a position as a facilities engineer with Arizona State University Foundation. He had volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and various building projects sponsored by his church. He enjoyed amateur photography, tubing down the Salt River, off-roading and was a classic car enthusiast. Terry was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Donald Becker. Those he leaves behind to miss him are: a son, Terrill Dean "Casey" (Kelli) Becker, Jr.; daughter, Judith (Dick) Rohrer; brothers: Richard (Tana) Becker and Lyle (Nancy) Becker; sister, Jacqueline (Michael) Sparks; 4 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; and 2 step-great-grandchildren; one step-brother; and 3 step-sisters.
