Richard T. Wootton, 92, passed away on November 2, 2010. He was Professor of Education at ASU, President of Church College of Hawaii, founder of Upward Bound at ASU, LDS church leader, World War II veteran, oil company executive. Richard is survived by his wife, Helen, six children, 30 grand and great-grand children and two brothers.
