Phyllis Cox, 96, passed away June 4, 2019. Phyllis attended Kearney State Teachers College. She started teaching once the US entered WWII. In 1965, she, her husband and three children moved to Arizona. Phyllis became a department head at Hayden Library on the ASU campus until her retirement in the 1980's. She is preceded in death by her husband, Burton, and a sister. She is survived by three children, five grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and a sister.  Services will be private and in lieu of flowers donations can be made in her name to Hospice of the Valley.
