Michael Lawrence Johnson proudly served as an Arizona Highway Patrolman/Department of Public Safety Police Officer for over 30 years, a role he carried with dedication and pride.

He went on to serve with the ASU Police Department for another 12 years.

He is survived by his loving mother, Virginia; the love of his life, wife Kristi Johnson; his son; his daughter  and her husband along with their two children; his son and his wife and their daughter; and his sister and her husband along with his niece and nephew.

For those who wish, charitable donations may also be made in his memory to Hospice of the Valley, whose compassionate care brought peace and dignity to his final moments.
