Leon W. Kemper, 81, passed away on November 29, 2010. Leon graduated from Asbury University and ASU. He was a pastor, first president of fellowship of Christian Athletes and a published author. Leon was the budget director of ASU’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences in the 80’s and director of Summer Sessions in the early 90’s. He also served on the ASURA board '96-'99 and was Activities Chair. Leon is survived by his wife, June, two children, five grandchildren, five great grandchildren and two sisters.
