Jack M. Foreman, 77, passed away on July 31, 2018. Jack received both his Bachelors and Masters Degrees at ASU. Following the completion of his schooling and some time as a fifth grade teacher, he returned to ASU to work in the development department and played an integral role in the fundraising for the Packard Baseball Stadium. This experience led him to a sales career at IBM, Wang Laboratories in Las Vegas, Blue Cross Blue Shield in Salt Lake City and then finally to starting his own company, LJE Insurance, in 1995. Jack is survived by three daughters. The following services will be held in celebration of his life: (1) Wake on Friday, August 31st from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Starks Mortuary, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City, UT 84106 and (2) Mass on Saturday, September 1st at 11:00 am at St. Vincent de Paul Parish, which will be immediately preceded by a Rosary at 10:30am (address below). In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the South Salt Lake Animal Services, 2274 South 600 West, South Salt Lake, UT 84115 and the St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church Renovation Fund, St. Vincent De Paul Parish, 1375 Spring Lane, Salt Lake City, UT, 84117.
