Patsy Lou (Richer) LaScala attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College. She was a switchboard operator at Upjohn, then went on to work at Arizona State University as assistant to the athletic director, and eventually Bronson Hospital as a medical records tech for eight years.

In her free time, Patsy enjoyed spending time with friends and family, watching Hallmark movies, reading, gardening, and bird watching. She loved learning about health and wellness, and sharing that knowledge with others.

She is survived by her seven children, eleven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, her brother as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a daughter.
