Gloria Esther Full
Gloria Esther Full, 71, died on October 4, 2016. Gloria obtained a Master's degree in social work from ASU. Her career began as a social worker for the Murphy School District. Later she served pediatric and adult patients and families as a social worker, volunteer, and advocate at Phoenix Children's Hospital and several Banner facilities. She developed programs and support groups for patients and families battling cancer. Over the course of her life she taught, mentored, and provided clinical supervision to social work students at ASU and MCC. She retired from the City of Phoenix where she was an integral part of building and supporting the Family Advocacy Center. She advocated for victims of domestic violence and their children. She is survived by two daughters and two grandchildren.
