Glenn Garrison joined the U.S Marines after a draft notice and later transferred to the U.S. Army. Marines serving 1978 through 1996. He spent ten years in Germany with his family. He also was a veteran of Desert Storm. 

He received an MBA at the University of Phoenix. 

His last duty station was ROTC instructor at ASU. He worked for Swift Page Act! 

Glenn is survived by his wife, Barbara Garrison; a son; a daughter; and ten grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alex and Jean Garrison.
