Eugene Preston Kozik, 70, passed away on February 6, 2013. Gene is survived by his wife, Maureen Foley-Kozik and a brother. He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and a sister. Gene was a graduate of ASU. He worked at Valley National Bank for 13 years and spent 23 years as a manager of delinquent student loans at ASU. A funeral mass service will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 9:30 AM at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 3550 E Knox Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85044.
