Edith Ruppert

Signe worked outside the home for much of her life, having held a variety of administrative and managerial positions for companies such as Shulman Air Freight, Philco-Ford, Arizona State University, PBS Building Systems and ending her working career at the Arizona chapter of ASTA, the American Society of Travel Agents. While working at Arizona State University, she assisted many graduate students by typing their dissertations and theses.

Signe is survived by her husband Keith Ruppert, five children,18 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her four siblings and their spouses, and Signe and Keith's second child.

Signe and Keith are members of the American Lutheran Church in Prescott, where she volunteered in numerous capacities. In addition, she generously donated her time to her community through organizations such as Community Cupboard and Prescott People Who Care. She was also a long-standing member and office holder of P.E.O. (Philanthropic Educational Organization).

A Celebration of Life service will be held in March at the American Lutheran Church, 1085 Scott Dr., Prescott, AZ 86301, date and time pending. Information provided by the family.
