While we have all been enjoying our summer break, Will Stasi, our President, has been busy driving the bus. Will announced yesterday that the Board has approved his request that:Kay Faris:

1. join the Board, replacing a Board member who had to resign and
2. become ASURA's Vice President, completing our slate of Officers.

This was really good news heading into our 4th of July weekend. If you know Kay you can send her a big thank you note. If you don't know Kay you can meet her at our September Meet and Greet.

For those of you who do not know Kay,  She was born in N. Manchester, Indiana and earned her bachelor’s degree from Manchester College (now University) in Indiana and her Master’s degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.  She then moved to Arizona to complete her PhD from Arizona State University.  She held a number of positions in the W. P. Carey School from October 1983-December 2021—most recently Senior Associate Dean of Students in the W. P. Carey School.  She retired from the W. P. Carey School of Business January 1, 2022.
