Donald R. Phillips, 81, passed away on November 1, 2012. Donald, his wife and three children moved to AZ in 1963. Don retired in 1996 from a career in facilities management at ASU. He is predeceased by parents, a brother and his longtime partner, Wava Masterson. He is survived by his ex-wife, Frances Christian, three children, a brother, seven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
