Don Wolf. Died May 12, 2010. The School of Politics and Global Studies is sorry to note the passing of Professor Don Wolf. Professor Wolf was an associate professor in the Department of Political Science between 1969 and 1989. Professor Wolf taught classes in the area of political theory. He was a pioneer in the development of classes in the areas of liberation theology and women and politics. He was an excellent colleague and department citizen serving as both the director of undergraduate and graduate studies at different times during his time at ASU. Professor Wolf was a strong supporter of a number of organizations while at ASU and during his retirement, for example, the Tempe Peace Center during the Vietnam War; Cesar Chavez' farm workers during the Arizona Grape Boycott and, more recently, TOCA (Tohono O'odham Community Action). His latter efforts culminated in several annual North American American Indian basketweaving shows at the Heard Museum in Phoenix and the Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum in Tucson.
