David Michael Ruhala, 76, died on December 7, 2014. He is survived by his former wife, Tobey, two daughters, three sons, and two siblings. David previously worked as a Mott Camp Counselor, as a teacher at Flint Northern and Northwestern High Schools, as a professor at ASU, as a Director of Government Affairs for the Michigan Association of School Boards in Lansing, MI, at the American Petroleum Institute in Washington D.C., and as a CEO of the Conference of World Regions based in Leesburg, VA. A private Memorial Celebration of his life for his family and friends will be held later this coming Spring. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society .
