David E. Brixen, 60, passed away on June 12, 2015. He was the Associate Vice President, Facilities Development & Management at ASU and had just retired in February, 2014 after 38 years of service. ASURA’s Video History Project was attempting to schedule Dave for an interview. Sadly, it didn’t happen. Dave is survived by Terri, his wife of 38 years, a daughter, son, granddaughter, sister and nieces. A Celebration of Dave's life will be held on Friday, June 19, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Tempe Mortuary, 405 E. Southern Ave, Tempe, AZ. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation in Dave's honor. (Source: Arizona Republic)
