Clifford Reed Osborne attended the University of Wyoming with a baseball scholarship, and graduated in 1965 with a Master's degree. 

Cliff joined the US Army in 1966 and served in the Army Medical Corps, at the Medical Field Service School, Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX. He completed his active duty tour in 1969. Cliff returned to Wyoming for 9 years, before relocating to Chandler, AZ. 

Cliff worked for Arizona State University for over 14 years, then relocated temporarily to Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX before retiring. 

He was preceded by his father, Robert W Osborne Sr. and his mother Frances Ruth Osborne.

Clifford is survived by his wife Linda, a son, a daughter and five grandchildren.

A Memorial Service was held on June 4, 2025.
