Christopher Jon "C.J." Norris grew up in Tempe, Arizona. He attended Scales Elementary School, Gilliland Middle School, and McClintock High School.

C.J. attended Gateway Community College, in Phoenix where he began his associate degree, but opted to enter the workforce instead. He found a job as a hotel laundry attendant and later as a janitor at Arizona State University until an injury cut his career short.

He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories in the hearts of his family, including his parents, Christopher & Vivian Norris, and his sisters.

C.J. will also be deeply missed by his extended family and circle of friends, who will forever hold him close in their thoughts and prayers.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of C.J. was held on July 18, 2023.
