Dr. Barbara Clark graduated from Chadron College with a Bachelor's and Master's degrees(1990). She eventually received her PhD from Arizona State University in the College of Education in 1995.

Along the way, she taught at St. Agnes school in Scottsbluff and spent many years as a professor at Arizona State University, Gonzaga University, and finally Concordia University in River Forest, Illinois.

She is survived by her two sons, her daughter-in-law, and four grandchildren.
