Arnold Theodore Johnson
Science Teacher

Arnold Theodore Johnson, 88, passed away September 5, 2018. After his service in the Navy where he was stationed on Guam during the Korean Conflict, Arnold taught Science and was also the principal for three years in Souris, ND. Later he taught at ASU while completing his Masters Degree in Biological Science. Leaving Arizona, he taught science at a high school and two junior high schools in Wisconsin. The next 30 years were spent at North High School, North St. Paul, MN, where he taught biology and other sciences. He was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister. He is survived by his wife, Carol, two daughters, a son, a sister, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life was held September 10 at First United Methodist church of Stillwater, 813 Myrtle St. W., Stillwater, MN. Memorials preferred to the First United Methodist Church of Stillwater or the donor’s choice. (Source: ASU Foundation)
