Ann Elizabeth Marthaler, 74, passed away February 27, 2011. Mrs. Marthaler was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved to the valley with her family in 1978. She taught Nursing at ASU from 1978 through 1982 and at Glendale Community College starting in 1982, finally retiring from teaching in 1999. She is survived by five sons, one brother and six grandchildren.
