Minutes for November 12, 2019

 The financial reports were reviewed and approved by the Board.  Barry Bruns did indicated that while we are in good shape going forward, we do need to keep in mind that our expenditures are increasing - room rentals rates as an example. Holiday Potluck is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 6, 2019 at the Ability 360 Facility.  A summary of the Tri-University meeting from Jeri Meeks is included as an attachment to the agenda/minutes. The travel committee is working on setting up both in-state in international travel trips.  Volunteers are needed to serve on the Board Nominating Committee.  Contact Tara if you are interested.  The annual meeting is set for Friday, April 17, 2020 at the Ability 360 facility.  David Sailor, Professor in the School of Geographical Sciences and Urban Planning will be the guest speaker
