Minutes for January 11, 2022
The holiday potluck held at Papago Park Tempe was a great success thanks to Mary Stevens. ASURA is thinking of holding another picnic in March. The scholarship process is ongoing with 43 applicants under consideration by ASU. The seminars and pre-retirement seminars are in process and garnering quite a bit of interest. The Government liaison committee is preparing for the upcoming session and has asked for a table at the “Day at the Capitol” event. The Annual Meeting will be held over Zoom and potential speakers will be contacted. Joy Shearman will ask our current scholarship recipient to speak as well.
