What to submit
Obituaries published on the ASU Retirees Association website have a special emphasis on the deceased person's affiliation with ASU.
Please provide as possible:
- Photo of the deceased (separate photo file please)
- Full name
- Age at time of death
- Date of death
- ASU affiliation and years
- A narrative about the deceased. Examples of things to include:
- Undergraduate and graduate degrees conferred, and the institution that conferred them.
- Significant professional accomplishments, with an emphasis on professional accomplishments at ASU.
- Short personal information, such as hobbies and interests.
- Survivors and those who preceded the deceased in death.
- For those who may wish to attend it, specifics about any upcoming memorial service and preferences re donations.
