Sharon Lynch Laughlin, 77, died on April 19, 2013. Sharon was a graduate of Saint Mary's College of Nursing in South Bend, IN. She received her Master's degree at San Diego State University. Sharon was also an elementary and secondary school nurse. She served on the board of the Phoenix Children's Hospital, and was adjunct professor at ASU. Sharon is survived by her husband, David Thomas, nine children, nine grandchildren, two sisters and many nieces and nephews. Sharon is preceded in death by a brother, a son, grandson and nephew. There will be a Mass of the Resurrection at Saint Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, 17111 W. Bell Rd., Surprise, AZ on April 24 at 10:30 a.m. with a private burial following at Paradise Memorial Gardens in Scottsdale.
