Sharon Jeannine Bolster
Sharon Jeannine Bolster, 77, passed away on March 11, 2016. She taught in elementary and high schools in Wisconsin. In 1981 she graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Ph.D. in educational administration. Following that she taught at the University of South Carolina, then ASU and at NAU. She took her knowledge and skills to the Arizona Department of Education, and then went on to consult with various organizations and schools with the company she cofounded, Educational Cyberconnections, Inc. Finally, she developed and cofounded an online graduate school for teachers, now called Acacia University. She created curriculum and traveled internationally to Dubai, Egypt and China. Sharon is survived by her husband, Harlan Bolster, three children, four grandchildren, a great-grandchild, a sister and other relatives.
