Russell LoBrutto, 59, passed away on March 25, 2012. After attending Cornell University, he received his Ph.D. in biophysics from the University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo. He is survived by his wife Kellie Walker of 23 years, three children, two siblings, nieces, nephews and many cousins. He was preceded in death by a sister and his parents. Russ ran the Electron Paramagnetic Resonance Lab at ASU for 15 years, where he was a full professor in the Dept. of Life Sciences.
