Ronald Peter Kotfila, 75, passed away May 24, 2010. Ron went to Purdue University and received his masters at The University of Southern California. Ron was an Aerospace Engineer. His work at Sperry/Honeywell included developing the Autopilot and Displays for the Boeing Supersonic Transport, and developing LCD Displays for the Space Shuttle and for most United States Commercial Aircraft. From 1980-1995, he served on the Stanford University Advisory Board School of Aeronautics & Astronautics and the ASU School of Engineering Advisory Board. He is survived by his wife Louise, three children and two grandchildren.
