Roger Glenn Boylan
Roger Glenn Boylan, MD, 85, passed away January 31, 2011. Roger graduated from University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency in Denver, CO. He practiced Internal Medicine at the VA Hospital in Ft. Bayard, NM, where he met his wife, Pat. They moved to Tempe in 1963 where he practiced medicine for many years. He was active at Southside District Hospital in Mesa and helped plan and build Desert Samaritan Hospital. For many years he worked at ASU football games providing emergency care to fans with medical problems. He was a longtime member of the Kiwanis Club in Tempe. He is survived by his wife, two children, two grandchildren and a brother. He is predeceased by another brother.
