Rodger Golston, 73, passed away on October 21, 2015. A graduate of the Detroit College of Law in 1968, he served as a Phoenix deputy public defender before being appointed Chief Presiding Judge of the City of Phoenix municipal court. He then spent four years as the Chief Deputy County Attorney of Maricopa County. He spent the last three decades as a private practice attorney in the East Valley. He also taught for many years as an adjunct professor in the Criminal Justice Department at ASU. Rodger is survived by his wife, Patricia Hardyman, a daughter, a son and two grandchildren.
