Dr. Robert "Bob" Gwinner, 79, Emeritus Professor, passed away July 7, 2015. In the U.S. Army, he served in the intelligence area in Washington, D.C. He graduated from Mississippi Southern College. Bob started his career at the University of Wyoming in 1960, as an assistant professor of business. After receiving his Ph.D. in 1963, from the University of Arkansas, he taught at the University of Alabama before joining ASU as Chairman of the Marketing Department. He retired from ASU in 1998. His wife, Mary Christine, preceded him in death. They had two children. In 1986, Bob married Rose Marie Rackley, who had two children. A memorial service will be held at 11a.m., Saturday, August 1, 2015, at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 3539 E. Stanford Dr., Paradise Valley.
