Rita Marie Higdon, 79, passed away on October 9, 2016. Rita retired from ASU where she was an Assistant Student Advisor with the Department of Justice Studies. Rita was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Higdon. She leaves behind three daughters, a son, two sisters, a brother and four grandchildren.
