Phyllis Jean (Stewart) Dopp, 75, passed away April 13, 2014. Phyllis is survived by her husband, Robert Joseph Dopp, one sister, six children, 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Phyllis's passion was literature. She lectured at Quincy University until 2003 and after moving to Chandler, AZ taught at Chandler Gilbert Community College and then was a Faculty Associate in Interdisciplinary Humanities and Communication at ASU Polytechnic Campus. She was preparing to teach this semester. After she left Quincy University a book fund Scholarship was initiated in her name. The family is asking memorials be made to Quincy University with memo stating "Phyllis Dopp Book Fund." at 1800 College Ave. Quincy, IL 62301.
