Phil Cook, 91, retired ASU Professor of Education, passed away on June 18, 2012. He served in the United States Army in the Philippines from 1944-46. He received his doctorate from University of Kansas in 1963. He was a Professor of Education at ASU from 1963 to 1986. He is survived by his wife, Jeane, three children, six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
