Peter David Kushibab
Law School
Peter David Kushibab, JD graduated magna cum laude in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. In 1980, the ASU College of Law awarded him a Juris Doctor degree. Pete practiced law for 30 years in Arizona principally in the area of education law, representing various public educational institutions in both k-12 and postsecondary realms. He served for 30 years as an adjunct instructor for both undergraduate and graduate students teaching law-related classes at institutions including Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University and Phoenix College. Pete's wife of 23 years, Debbie Kushibab, survives him, as do his mother Adelaide Kushibab, his sister, two children, three stepchildren and four grandchildren. His father, Joseph Kushibab, predeceased him. The family is planning a small celebration of his life in February. |
