Seven members took a thirteen day trip to Iceland this past October. John Brock, the tour organizer, reported that it was a wonderful trip. The weather was cloudy so they could not see the Northern Lights. John reported that he thought he might be seeing some but it turned out to be a crack in the clouds letting some sun/moon light through. If you are planning a trip to Iceland John strongly recommends going in the off-season; during the season the crowds are overwhelming.
