Minutes for September 2024
This meeting was small due to limited ex-officio and committee chairs present. The meeting was also longer than most. The topics ranged from Travel and Seminars to Liability Insurance and our impending move out of the CSB Building. The current and future budgets were discussed; the financial health report looks good. The 24-25 budget was approved. The board approved the need for Director’s and Officer’s Insurance. Don Dotts and Kathy Palmanteer resigned from the Board and one of the positions was filled by Paul Skier.
