Minutes for November 10, 2020

The ASURA Board met through Zoom.  There were some amendments to the previously approved budget and the amended budget was approved.  It was noted that the ASU enrollment for Spring 2021 is lagging 5-6%. However, ASU is doing much better than UA and NAU and has tot had to reduce staff or faculty personnel.  There is active construction occurring on both the Tempe and Downtown campuses. ASU is updating the look and feel of their websites.  Connie McNeill expressed concern about the difficulty of making adjustments due to technology changes.  Several pre-retirement seminars are in the works.  There are no ASURA face-to-face events planned due to COVID-19.
