Minutes for February 8, 2022
Carl Cross, Immediate Past President, presided over the meeting. Larry Edmonds has resigned. Bill Stasi, when elected to the Board, has volunteered to serve as President for 2022-23. A vote will be taken in March to approve the Officers for next year. Carl Cross will shepherd the association through the Annual Meeting in April.
A motion was approved to allow Prime Times to expand the number of pages to 16 if needed. A tentative face-to-face potluck/picnic is planned for March 15 at Papago Park Tempe. The regular Board meeting will be held via Zoom on March 8, 2022.
The tentative date for the Annual Meeting is April 19. The meeting will include a welcome and overview of the past year’s efforts, a speaker from the Center for the Future of Arizona, a message from the current scholarship recipient and a hand over leadership to the new Officers. Trudy Perez will emcee the Zoom event.
