Minutes for February 2025
The Bylaws are being updated after 13 years. Objectives include making things work better, provide flexibility and improve clarity. The two major changes were to eliminate the Annual Meeting and to change the board session from July 1 to June 30.
Video history project may host content on youtube. ASURA office move is still being worked on and may happen as soon as beginning of May (or earlier).
Five new Board Members were nominated and they are Irma Arboleda, Gary Bitter, Tim Desch, Karen Dwyer and Pat Schneider.
