Minutes for February 18, 2020
Nothing new to report on the financial report. Don Nilsen reminded everyone about the Emeritus College Short Talks Luncheons on the second Tuesday of each month. Barbara Fargotstein will be taking over for Joy Shearman as chair of the Scholarship Committee in May. Video History project continues to edit interviews and update the metadata for existing interviews. Seminars are now being streamed using Zoom. The next seminar will be on email migration and cyber security. Travel committee is working on getting some instate tours setup for the group. Several bills are before the State Legislature that are of interest to the group. See the full minutes for a summary. The publication of "Third Decade of Success" will be compiled by Connie and Barry McNeill and is targeted to be ready by the 2021 annual meeting. Annual Report reports are due to Jan by March 15th.
