Michael Victor Belok

Dr. Michael Victor Belok, 92, passed away on December 28, 2015. Michael was drafted into the U.S. Army after the outbreak of WWII. After the war, he went back to college and received his PhD from USC in 1958. He was a Professor at ASU in the College of Education until 1989. He co-authored several books, including Approaches to Values, The Psychological Foundations of Education and The US and the Persian Gulf. He was published in Who's Who in the West in 1976 and 1982. He was preceded in death by his wife, Georgina, and two sisters. He is survived by a niece and ten step-grandchildren. Graveside services were held December 31, 2015 at the Mesa City Cemetery.
