Mary Barnett McKivergan, 78, passed away on January 20, 2017. She graduated from Colorado Women's College with a Bachelor of Science degree in business. She worked at ASU for many years before opening her own typing business. She later went to work at the governor's office, where she was the governor's personal assistant. Mary eventually went to work at Wells Fargo Bank, where she retired. Mary is survived by a brother, three children, a grandson, and her lifelong friend, Richard McKivergan. A memorial service was held January 29, 2017 in Tempe, Arizona. (Source: ASU Foundation)
