Margaret "Peggy" Jean Canright, 91, passed away on October 15, 2014. She and her husband moved to Arizona in 1964. Her husband, Dr James E. Canright, retired in 1985 as Emeritus Professor, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. He passed away in 2008. Peggy was a member of the ASU Faculty Wives and a devoted volunteer at the Phoenix zoo. She is survived by four children, one grandson and three great grandchildren. Donations in Peggy's memory can be made to the Phoenix Zoo or the Arizona Humane Society.
