March 2021 Seminar - Therapeutic Activity
Noah Arenson, one of the owners of Contact Physical Therapy, talks about healthy living. He holds a bachelor’s in nutrition and his master’s in physical therapy from Northern Arizona University. He also has an MBA from Arizona State University. His practice focuses on orthopedic disorders ranging from post-acute injury to post-operative conditions. This includes knees, backs, shoulders and any other joint subject to the wear and tear of living. To complement Dr. Johnston’s February presentation on the effects of a healthy diet on a healthy brain, Noah discusses how therapeutic activity can improve both our lifespan and “healthspan”. Low-grade aerobic activity such as walking is often enough to get the desired effect.
