Lucy Elena Watkins Weaver, 76, passed away January 6, 2016. Lucy (Sammee) worked in clerical positions at ASU, including administrative assistant to the Assistant Registrar. Sammee is survived by her husband, Robert, a son, a daughter, two grandchildren and a sister.
