Lila Byrd, 91, passed away on October 3, 2017. She moved to Arizona in 1964 and worked at ASU for 20 years. Lila was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, a son, three sisters and two brothers. She is survived by a son, daughter, two grandchildren and one great-grandson. Funeral services were held at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Rd., Scottsdale, Arizona on October 10, 2017. Donations may be sent to Hospice of the Valley.
